Rectify or delete data from the Debtors Database
Request rectification or removal of incorrect information about your credit situation published in the Debtors Database of the Financial System.
Claim for fraud or scam
Submit a complaint concerning unfamiliar or suspicious transactions made through accounts, cards, online banking, or e-wallets.
Claims related to financial products and services
Submit complaints concerning problems related to the use or functioning of financial products and services (cards, accounts, ATMs, and online banking, among others).
