The BCRA Publications collection brings together books, research, historical regulations, institutional documents, and other materials from different periods, available for online consultation with open access.

Throughout its history, the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA) has produced and compiled documents that make it possible to trace different moments in the country’s monetary, financial, foreign-exchange, regulatory, and institutional activity.

A significant part of this documentary heritage is available in BCRA Publications, one of the main collections of the Digital Library, which facilitates its preservation, search, and online consultation.

The collection brings together materials from different periods and with different characteristics, including books, research papers, institutional documents, historical regulations, periodicals, and outreach content.

What you can find

  • – Books and brochures: works published by the BCRA on economic, financial, and institutional topics.
  • – Research papers: studies and documents produced within the Bank.
  • – Outreach materials: publications intended to bring monetary and financial content to broad audiences.
  • – Historical regulations: circulars and other provisions that make it possible to consult the evolution of financial regulation.
  • – Periodicals: series and collections published by the institution over time.
  • – Institutional documents: materials linked to activities, events, and different moments in the BCRA’s trajectory.

Digital availability broadens access to documents that constitute reference sources for researchers, journalists, students, libraries, academic centers, and people interested in Argentine economic and financial history.
