Active transparency entails providing access to the BCRA’s institutional and administrative information under Law 27,275. The content is organized by topic, such as regulations, financial statements and audit reports, authorities, procurement processes, staff and salary scales.

Document management

Any information and documents that the BCRA collects and generates is handled for processing, consultation and retrieval either in printed or digital form. They are filed differently depending on their nature: paper, microfilm or digital form.

Historical documents are kept permanently, while the rest is stored, either in printed or digital form, for 10 years as provided for in Section 328 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code.
