Retail Exchange Rate

This page presents the retail reference exchange rates published by the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic for the purchase and sale of foreign currency.

The buyer and seller exchange rates, both over the counter and for electronic transactions, are recorded in the system by each reporting entity. The Central Bank does not set these values, but calculates the reference retail exchange rates offered in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, weighting the exchange rates reported by the member entities according to their participation in retail sales for the three calendar months prior to the immediately preceding one of the current month.
