Who is it for?
To a legal person, which without being financial institutions (in accordance with the Law on Financial Institutions), makes an offer of credit to the public, (Point 1.1., Section 1. of the rules on “Credit assistance to non-financial credit providers“.
For an enrollment
1- Generate username and password
- Enter the website of the Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) and access the service “BCRA – Other non-financial credit providers”, (level 3 tax code required).
- Generate username and password.
- Activate the username and password from the link sent by email.
2- Check email box
You will receive an email indicating that you are registered and that you can continue with the last step.
3- Present a note at the ticket desk
Submit a note signed by the legal representative of the financial institution or authorized person with sufficient power of attorney for this purpose.
The note will be addressed to the Authorizations Management, Superintendence of Financial and Exchange Entities and must be submitted from Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the ticket desk (Reconquista 266, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires).
For upgrade or unsubscribe
- Log in to the www3.bcra.gov.ar site
- Select the link from the records of Other Non-Financial Credit Providers.
- Select the procedure to be carried out: update or cancellation.
