Public consultation on draft regulations

The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA) enables this space to facilitate citizen participation in the regulatory process, through the publication of certain regulatory projects that are under evaluation and that the Board considers eligible to be submitted for public consultation.

This instance aims to receive contributions from different social actors, identify opportunities for regulatory improvement and promote more active participation in the preparation of BCRA regulations.

How to participate?

Interested individuals and organizations can send their improvement proposals by email to box consultapublica@bcra.gob.ar complying with the following requirements:

– Body of the message: detail observations and suggestions as precisely as possible, mentioning the article or section of the project to which they refer.
– Sender’s details (at the end of the email): include name, surname and ID number.

The proposals are not binding, but will be considered in the stage of review and improvement of the regulatory project.
