Starting today, the BCRA will make available to the public regulatory drafts selected by the Board of Directors for consultation before their approval. This forum welcomes suggestions for improvements from individuals and organizations that could be affected by a regulatory draft. The BCRA will take the relevant ones into consideration.
Suggestions may be sent by email to consultapublica@bcra.gob.ar. To ensure your message is properly received and processed, please make sure it meets the following requirements:
- Subject: Title of the regulatory draft.
- Message: Please, provide your feedback and suggestions as clearly as possible. Be sure to reference the section or paragraph of the draft to which your feedback or suggestion relates.
- Footer: Please include your full name and identity document (DNI).
This public consultation forum has been designed to gather feedback from the public, thereby encouraging active participation of different social actors in the regulatory process. It also allows for the early identification of opportunities for improvement in the regulatory drafts before their approval.
Please, note that your feedback or suggestions are not binding. However, they will be carefully taken into consideration during the review process.
The drafts open for public consultation will be available for two weeks on the BCRA’s website. The regulation on special accounts for unemployment funds, within the framework of the provisions of Section 96 of Law 27,742 and Annex II of Executive Order 847/24, will be the first draft open for public consultation.
