The Board of the BCRA approved the regulation on special accounts for unemployment funds, within the framework of the provisions of Section 96 of Law 27,742 and Annex II of Executive Order 847/24. This is the first regulation that the BCRA made available to the public, inviting them to propose suggestions for regulatory improvement.
Various stakeholders in the financial system—such as chambers, labor unions, and institutions—as well as the general public, contributed suggestions, many of which have been incorporated into the final wording of Communication A 8288.
This new space for public consultation is aimed at encouraging active participation from the public in the regulatory process, promoting the inclusion of diverse perspectives. This measure enables the early identification of opportunities to improve regulatory drafts prior to their approval.
