New foreign exchange regulation for people that adhere to social security debt payment plans

People that adhere to any social security debt payment plan will not be able to purchase foreign currency.

In accordance with the regulation adopted by the Board of the BCRA, people that adhere to the social security debt payment plan provided for in Law 27,705—as long as they are entitled to and request it—or to other regularization plan of social security debt will not be able to purchase foreign currency—directly or indirectly through the stock market—with their economic surplus until their debt is paid.
