The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA) established a new extension, until October 25, 2020 inclusive, of the suspension of the foreign exchange and financial summary proceedings instructed under the terms of the Foreign Exchange Criminal Regime Laws No. 19,359 and Financial Institutions Law No. 21,526, respectively, without prejudice to the validity of the procedural acts that are carried out in said period because the intervention of the parties is not necessary in them prosecuted. The new Resolution No. 385/2020 declares the days of October 12 to 25, 2020 inclusive for this type of action as non-working days.

This new provision of the BCRA is part of the measures adopted by the National Executive Branch (Decree 408/2020) and by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, which agreed to extend the proceedings in progress before all the courts that make up the Judicial Branch of the Nation.
