Banks across the country will be closed to the public tomorrow due to the Bank Workers’ Day. But online platforms and ATMs will operate normally.

Payments and transfers may also be made using banks’ mobile phone applications or online banking. Non-bank cash withdrawal points will be in operation in supermarkets and pharmacies, among other stores.

Self-service terminals will be operational for making cash deposits and withdrawals, and for paying credit card bills.

Debit cards are another channel to pay for purchases simply and safely.

However, the clearing houses that are involved in the settlement and clearing of transactions will not operate tomorrow. Then, those transactions falling due on the bank holiday will be settled on November 9, 2020.
