The BCRA is seeking:
- A graduate in Architecture, Engineering or related fields, preferably with a graduate degree in Public Management, Construction, Infrastructure or other subjects related to the position.
- Five years’ experience as a team leader.
- Proven experience in sustainable building architecture, execution of infrastructure programs, development and implementation of control procedures, validation of works, and office space and furniture planning. Management of building and movable property maintenance and preservation.
- Planning, organization and management of tasks and resources. Leadership, people, and communication skills. Goal-driven, with legality and service opportunity criteria.
- Capable of addressing complex situations, meeting deadlines and adjusting to different contexts. Proactive, creative and flexible.
- Good command of English will be a plus.
