Branch service: this week, the same scheme

Sunday, April 26, 2020

Customers must make an appointment through the channels enabled by the banks. Retirees and pensioners will continue to be governed by the ANSES schedule.

Banks will reopen next week – Monday, April 27 to Thursday, April 30 – at the usual hours, maintaining the obligation to make an appointment in advance for service.

Retirees and pensioners do not need an appointment, but they have to consult the ANSeS for their corresponding date of service before approaching a branch.

To access the branch, it is necessary to make an appointment through the channels that the bank makes available (the website and other channels) and that receipt serves as a circulation permit and will be requested to enter the bank.

In branches, both individuals and companies can carry out operations such as:

  • Account Opening
  • Manage a loan
  • Submit documentation
  • Access Safe Deposit Boxes
  • Carry out transactions linked to accounts
  • Deposit and withdrawal of foreign currency

Withdrawal and deposit operations in pesos are maintained by ATMs or self-service terminals or other systems made available by the entity. In the case of large volumes of cash, whatever the activity, it must be agreed with the entity.

ATMs are required to dispense at least $15,000 per day – and in a single operation, if the customer so wishes – and their use does not generate charges or commissions, both for customers and non-customers of the financial institution, until June 30.

You can also withdraw money at participating shops or withdrawal points, such as supermarkets, service stations or pharmacies.
