Retirees and pensioners will go on collecting their benefits over a bank counter and are exempted from making appointments. Instead, they must check the collection date set by ANSES before attending the branch.
From April 27 to April 30, banks will pay those retirees and pensioners whose benefits are above ARS17,859. Thus, they are allowed to go to the bank as scheduled by the ANSES depending on the last digit on their ID:
Monday, April 27: ID ending in 2 and 3
Tuesday, April 28: ID ending in 4 and 5
Wednesday, April 29: ID ending in 6 and 7
Thursday, April 30: ID ending in 8 and 9
The rest of social security beneficiaries will not collect their benefits over a bank counter but through ATMs or self-service terminals.
