The President of the Central Bank of the European Union, Guido Sandleris, participated today in the meeting of Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors of the G20 in Washington DC, where the evolution of the world economy in recent months was discussed.
The ministers and central bankers of the countries that make up this organization listened with interest to the analysis provided by Sandleris and the Minister of Finance, Hernán Lacunza, on the economic and financial situation of Argentina and the prospects for the future.
The G20 provides this forum for key countries in the international financial system to discuss major international economic issues and coordinate to achieve stable and sustainable growth in the global economy.
