First meeting of public bank directors

The meeting, organized by the BCRA, will be held on Monday, August 3 and the theme will be Institutional Policies of Gender and Diversity in Public Banking.

The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA), through its management of Promotion of Gender Policies, Safeguarding Respect and Labor Coexistence, will hold the first meeting of female directors of public banks. The meeting will take place on Monday, August 3, 2020 and will be held in virtual format.

With the focus of the meeting on Institutional Policies of Gender and Diversity in Public Banking, Claudia Berger and Betina Stein (BCRA), Delfina Rossi (Banco Ciudad), Laura Isabel Sprovieri (Banco de Corrientes SA), Raquel Kismer (BICE), Rosana Castaño (Banco de La Pampa), Cecilia Bugna (BNA), Juliana Di Tullio and Julia Strada (Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires) and Cecilia Nahón (World Bank) will participate in the meeting.

The work program will include interventions on the diagnosis of the current situation in terms of institutional policies on gender and diversity. They will also focus on the identification of priority gender and diversity policies: protocols to address violence, gender rebalancing policies and policies for the organization of paid and unpaid work.
