Banks may extend their business hours at branches to 5 pm to provide customer assistance. This authorization is valid for September.
The BCRA authorizes banks to extend their business hours for one month in order to satisfy their customer’s needs.
If banks decide to do so, customer assistance will be rendered from Monday 2 to the end of the month, from 10 am to 5 pm; that is, two hours longer than usual.
