Agreement to digitize the exchange of information

The BCRA and the Supreme Court of Justice of the Province of Buenos Aires signed an agreement to facilitate electronic management.

The president of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA), Guido Sandleris, and the president of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Province of Buenos Aires, Eduardo Pettigiani, signed an agreement to facilitate the electronic processing of the exchange of information between both institutions.

The agreement, signed at the headquarters of the Central Bank, seeks to advance with the use of technological tools that help simplify, speed up and provide greater security to the sending of documents. Through this agreement, the judicial documents to be processed by the BCRA will be carried out electronically through the Electronic Notifications and Filings System of the Supreme Court.

This agreement is part of the Central Bank’s policy of promoting the modernization and digitalization of management, seeking to reduce the use of paper.
