The Board of Directors of the Central Bank provided that the Total Financial Cost (CFT) must be written in a font 5 times greater than that used in all the documentation of the contracting of loans, to provide greater transparency to the operation and protect the user when making decisions.
Thus, customers will be able to easily identify what the CFT of the credit is at the time of signing.
This obligation has already been in force since 2016 for graphic and audiovisual advertising of loans and financial services.
