19 The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic invites artists to participate in the X National Painting Prize of the Central Bank, with the aim of promoting and disseminating Argentine contemporary art.

In this edition, the jury is made up of Mariana Rodríguez Iglesias, Roberto Amigo, Claudia del Río, Florencia Battiti, Lucas Di Pascuale and the curatorship of Eva Grinstein.

The National Painting Prize of the Central Bank has been selected for the Institutional Art Awards 2017, in charge of the pptArt agency with the sponsorship of the Italian Ministry of Culture. This award seeks to give visibility and recognition to the best practices developed between the world of institutions and the world of art and will be awarded to whoever receives the most “likes”.
