The Reference Stabilization Coefficient (CER) is an index that evolves according to the variation of the Consumer Price Index (CPI). It is an index based on 1 as of 02/02/2002. A daily series is published monthly from the 16th of the current month to the 15th of the following month. It is used to adjust contracts and operations in pesos.
