This Legal Notice defines the terms and conditions applicable to access to and use of the website of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA).

The content of this website is published for informational purposes. It does not constitute, in any case, a recommendation or financial, legal, technical or other advice on the part of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA).
Translations
The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic offers content on this site in Spanish and English.
The English versions of news, press releases, and outreach materials are prepared using computer-assisted translation tools and reviewed by the Bank’s Translations team.
In the case of regulatory documents, resolutions or agreements with legal validity, the English versions correspond to translations carried out and endorsed by registered public translators.
In the event of any divergence of interpretation, the original version in Spanish will always prevail. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for legal purposes, only texts notified or published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic are valid.

In this regard, the BCRA maintains permanent processes of review and improvement of its security mechanisms with the aim of mitigating these risks.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data, its regulatory decree and the applicable complementary regulations. 8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
Any dispute related to access to or use of the BCRA website shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
The National Federal Administrative Litigation Courts with headquarters in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires shall have jurisdiction.
