Types of communications or communications
“B” | They refer to normative aspects of a regulatory, transitory or circumstantial nature.
“C” | They are informative or rectifying in nature.
“P” | Press releases.
Regulatory order and updating
The update is carried out through communications “A”, “B” and “C” in which the successive modifications and/or rectifications that occur in each topic are announced. In the event that the corresponding ordered text of the aforementioned topic has been disclosed, the successive modifications attach the pertinent replacement sheets.
The “P” press releases exclusively disclose explanatory information or advances on the adoption of decisions in regulatory matters or institutional aspects of the BCRA that are of public interest.
Numbering
“A” communications have double sequential numbering:
- of the communication itself (in the header).
- of the order (in the reference): the first number: corresponds to the grouping and the second number: refers to the number of modifications it has undergone.
Communications “B” and “C” and press releases “P” are numbered only in the sequence.
