What is the CBU?

The Uniform Bank Key is the code that identifies each bank account as unique.

It is made up of 22 digits. Each digit provides information about the account, its type and number, the bank it belongs to, and the branch.

What is it for?

This key facilitates management between accounts and promotes the use of electronic means of payment.

The CBU allows:

– Make money transfers

– Receive or send deposits

– Attach the payment of services or taxes to automatic debit

How can I find out about it?

You can check your CBU by accessing your account with your card at ATMs, in your Home Banking or in person at any branch of your bank.
