The Central Bank will select:
• University graduate, preferably with postgraduate studies related to responsibility.
• Solid and proven experience in large organizations in terms of image building, public relations and protocol of the organization, communication and management of information to the media, execution of dissemination plans in print, audiovisual and online media. Extensive knowledge of international affairs, conventions, multilateral agreements and financial credit organizations.
• Experience in personnel management and in areas related to the position of no less than five years.
• Leadership. Ability to interact with each other and to form high-performance work teams. Capacity for relations and coordination with other areas, central banks, international institutions and organizations external to the BCRA.
• Analytical skills, decision making and resolution of complex problems. Aptitude for social marketing, promoting transparency in information and networks. Planning, negotiation and strategic vision.
• Excellent level of English language.
