Mendoza hosted the first Federal Conference of the Co-creation stage in Financial Innovation with a focus on financial inclusion organized by the BCRA

Mendoza hosted the first Federal Conference of the Co-creation stage in Financial Innovation with a focus on financial inclusion organized by the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA) together with the Ministry of Modernization of the Nation and with the support of the Ministry of Social Development of the Nation. The meeting was held on Tuesday, May 30 at the Le Parc space in Guaymallén.

The event included thematic panels on financial inclusion and innovation in which Heraldo Muñoz (director of Fensus), Virginia Redondo (general manager of Giros Express), Diego Marín (CEO of Voyenbus.com, Ticket Online), Javier Lombardi (1+1 Foundation- Development and inclusion mypes), Alejandro Cosentino (founder of Afluenta) and Germán Giménez (CEO and co-founder of Olpays.com) participated, among others.

Also present were representatives of the Government of Mendoza, the Ministries of Modernization and Social Development of the Nation, and the BCRA. Finally, there was a networking space.

The next federal conferences will be held in the cities of Salta on June 7 and Neuquén on July 5.

After the Co-creation stage, there will be the Hackathon instance: two days of development and prototyping of financial innovation solutions devised and created as a team that will be held on August 25 and 26 in the City of Buenos Aires. The projects that are finalists of the Hackathon will be part of the last stage, Incubation, which is a process of accompaniment to promote its implementation.
