The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic assigns, without recourse, a Litigation Rights Portfolio, consisting of unsecured loans and loans with mortgage and pledge guarantees, all of which are judicially prosecuted, which will be detailed in the annex attached to the specifications.

Interested parties may purchase the Terms and Conditions containing the details of the trials and the official form for the submission of the bid from June 26, 2018 to July 17, 2018 at 3:00 p.m.

VALUE OF THE SPECIFICATIONS: No charge.

SALES BASE: No base.

CONDITIONS: The transfer will be made without recourse for the entire portfolio, and partial offers for its purchase will not be accepted. The operation will be carried out in pesos, the bidders must guarantee their proposals by means of a deposit of an amount equivalent to 10% of the amount offered, deductible from the final purchase price, through transfer via MEP or check, or through surety insurance issued by leading companies, or bank guarantee for a similar amount, “ad referendum” of its approval by the B.C.R.A.

The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic will make a call for an improvement in the offer with respect to the best offer received. Likewise, it may reject any of the bids submitted or cancel the bidding, at any time for reasons of opportunity, merit or convenience, without its decision granting the bidders the right to file any judicial or extrajudicial claim.

All expenses, without exception, inherent in the implementation of the public deed of assignment of the disputed rights (for example, taxes, fees, contributions or taxes of any kind: national, provincial or municipal that tax the operation), as well as their notification to the assigned debtors will be borne by the acquirer.

OPENING OF BIDS: It will take place on July 18, 2018 at 12:30 p.m., at Reconquista 266 in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
