Financial Regulations Deputy General Management Office

It leads activities related to innovation, inclusion and financial education, in order to promote financial inclusion for development.

It directs, coordinates, and supervises the process of drafting and issuing the regulatory standards of the Financial Institutions Law, the Organic Charter of the Central Bank, and other provisions, as well as the administration, analysis, and monitoring of capital movements, other foreign exchange operations, and foreign trade operations in order to ensure compliance with exchange rate policy.

Prior to taking up her current position at the BCRA, she served as Administration and Central Services Deputy General Manager, General Accounting Senior Manager, Foreign Trade and Exchange Senior Manager, and Foreign Trade and Exchange Research and Planning Manager.

Before joining the BCRA, she worked at the National Bureau of International Accounts (Ministry of Economy) developing and implementing methodologies to estimate foreign direct investment as part of the statistics on the balance of payments and international investment position.
