The requirements that must be submitted are the following:
Mutual Guarantee Companies:
• Financial statements
• Special report of the auditor
• Auditor’s report
• Detail of guarantees granted at the end of the quarter
Public Guarantee Funds:
• Quarterly financial statements
• External audit report at the end of the financial year
• Detail of the guarantees granted at the end of each quarter
• Special report of the External Auditor
