Requests for extensions of the presentation of the information regimes
When can the request for an extension be made for the presentation of an information regime?
The request for extension must be submitted to this BCRA before the expiration date of the regime in question.
The granting of extensions for an information regime is exceptional, so the reasons for such a request must be duly substantiated.
The period requested by the entity must be reasonable, taking into account the causes invoked for its request.
Who can request an extension?
Financial institutions and exchange houses and agencies.
