Recommendations and suggestions

What happens if I have to cancel the appointment?

If for any reason you have to cancel the date reservation, we will ask you to notify us as soon as possible at the telephone number indicated in the email with the reservation confirmation so that we can offer the vacancy to another institution.

What if I have an appointment, but I don’t show up?

We ask you to please let us know in advance, so that we can offer the turn to another group.

Can reservations be rescheduled?

Appointments sell out quickly, making it difficult to reschedule already scheduled visits. Modifications must be requested exceptionally as far in advance as possible and will be subject to agenda availability.

Can I be late for the assigned shift?

Keep in mind that a long delay will reduce the time available to participate in the organized activities.

Is there material available to plan the tour of the Museum?

Yes, you can find on our YouTube channel a series of videos in Spanish and LSA about the contents of the different venues. You can also access the 360° virtual tour.

What is the minimum and maximum number of students per visit?

School tours are designed for groups of 10 to 30 people maximum. This number ensures a higher quality of visit.

How many companions should join the groups?

For primary or secondary schools, the presence of one person for every 10 students is necessary. Groups exceeding this number must be divided into two, starting simultaneously with two different rooms of the Museum. Each subgroup must have at least two group referents from the institution.

Does the Museum have services for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the building has special bathrooms, ramps and elevator.

Does the Museum have a cloakroom?

Yes, we have a cloakroom where you can leave bags, backpacks, coats, umbrellas, food and drinks to pick them up at the exit.

Is there parking?

The museum does not have parking. Vehicles may only stop temporarily in front of the museum for the entry and exit of the group. You cannot remain parked during the visit.

Can I take photos inside the museum?

Yes, we request that you avoid the use of flash when capturing images in the display case area.
