The Credit Conditions Survey (ECC) is a quarterly
qualitative survey carried out by the BCRA with the aim of collecting additional information on the
behavior and trends observed in the bank credit market. The
information obtained complements the set
of more frequent quantitative statistics available to this institution, aimed at achieving a better understanding of the
factors that influence the evolution of loans granted by the financial system.
This survey is conducted on a sample of entities that are consulted
about the evolution of their credit supply and the demand they face. The performance of credit to companies and households is considered
, focusing on the changes
observed in the current quarter compared to the immediately previous period, as well as those
expected during the next three months.
This report disseminates the results for the third quarter of
2025, obtained from the survey carried out between September 22 and October
8, 2025.
Along with this report, the historical results obtained
so far are made available to the public, as well as a methodological detail of the survey.
