Publication of resolutions that provide for the opening of financial proceedings (Article 41 of the Law on Financial Institutions).

Issued as of 06/02/2025, in accordance with Communication A 8248 and Resolution 126/25 of the Board of Directors.

This section is complemented by the publication of Final Resolutions and with the records of the Voluntary regulatory compliance agreement (CA) in its presumptive and summary stages.
