The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA) began to publish a comparative table of fixed-term rates that banks will update when there are changes. This tool will make it easier for financial users to make use of the option of subscribing to fixed terms online at any bank, regardless of whether they are customers or not, free of charge and without prior administrative requirements.
This comparator is part of standard A 6667, issued by the BCRA on April 5 in order to provide users with more options to channel their savings and promote competition among banks.
The comparator will be fed with information uploaded by the banks themselves through the Information Regime on the annual nominal rate of fixed term in pesos for 30 days on an amount of $ 100,000.
