The BCRA returns to the art, science, and technology fair with a ludic proposal for the general public.

The BCRA returns to Tecnópolis with a ludic proposal that focuses on financial inclusion and education.

This year, the motto is “More Financial Education for an Inclusive Argentina” and it seeks to provide accessible information on the tools offered by the financial system and raise awareness about financial users’ rights and the benefits of banking.

The proposal is intended for people of all ages to become protagonists and to learn from experience in different scenarios:

• Make payments by transfer: through a mobile application specially designed to scan a QR code, visitors will discover how easy it is to pay by transfer for everyday purchases in neighborhood shops or professional services.

• Play the BCRA’s trivia game: in a space for collective participation, visitors will be able to learn more about the BCRA, payments by transfer, universal free accounts, and early-payment UVA time deposits, in addition to reinforcing concepts on savings tools, security, and financial users’ rights.

Tecnópolis will be open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 12 am to 7 pm during winter vacation. From August 4 to October 23, it will be open on Thursday and Friday, from 10 am to 6 pm; and Saturday and Sunday, from 12 am to 7 pm. Admission is free, and booking is not required.

Moreover, the proposal includes a microsite at the BCRA’s website that will replicate these scenarios and expand contents, together with proposals for teachers, students and families.
