How will the service collection stores operate?
Starting Monday, April 20, they will serve the public for the collection of tax and service bills gradually and progressively and in accordance with the health protocols provided by the Ministry of Health.
What will the care be like?
It will be attended with the following schedule according to the DNI:
Monday: DNI ending in 0 and 1
Tuesday: DNI ending in 2 and 3
Wednesday: DNI ending in 4 and 5
Thursday: DNI ending in 6 and 7
Friday: DNI ending in 8 and 9
How many bills can I pay?
Up to 8 invoices can be paid so that the service is agile and avoid crowds
Who has priority care?
Older adults and people from risk groups will have priority attention and, to the extent of availability of each location, special hours will be enabled for them.
Do I have to bring anything to be treated?
Yes. In addition to the bills to be paid, you must bring your ID card to corroborate compliance with the schedule.
How can I pay the bills?
Although most stores accept cash and debit cards, we recommend confirming with each company which means of payment each store accepts.
What hours will the premises be open?
The hours of operation will be accommodated to the extent of the possibilities of each location so that the staff does not travel during peak hours.

What other prevention measures did you adopt?
• Maintain a distance of at least 1 and a half meters between people in the lines.
• Inside the premises, there will be 1 person for every 4 m2.
• People who serve the public will have face masks and visual protectors and will be 1.5 meters apart.
• The workstations will have alcohol gel for the staff.
• There will be health recommendations in places visible to staff.
What happens if health protocols are not complied with?
Those businesses that, for any reason, are not in a position to comply with the health recommendations based on the definitions of the Ministry of Health of the Nation, the World Health Organization (WHO), the Superintendence of Occupational Risks, the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic, and if any, of local bodies at the municipal or provincial level, they will not be able to resume service.
