The Central Bank will select:
University graduate of the careers of Economics, Business Administration, Public Accountant or Information Systems of Organizations, preferably with postgraduate training in topics related to the area. Extensive knowledge of Payment Systems.
Proficiency in oral and written English.
Five years in personnel management.
Ability to work with other areas and external customers (payment systems, clearing houses, ATM networks, suppliers, non-bank payment systems).
Coordination of multidisciplinary teams, leadership, assertive communication and orientation to interpersonal relationships.
Ability to solve situations of relevant complexity, compliance with deadlines and versatility to adapt to different contexts.
Proactivity, creativity and flexibility.
Availability to travel outside the country and extended hours.
Project: focused on the function and vision of the BCRA as a regulatory entity of means of payment.
