Manual of Style for Draft Resolutions
This manual establishes the basic guidelines for drafting resolutions of the superior authorities of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA).
This tool offers a framework of reference to achieve clear, accessible, consistent, simple to read and easy-to-understand texts for different audiences.
The proposal, understood as a practice of good administration, seeks to generate and guarantee more direct communicational links between the Central Bank and citizens, promoting better communication to achieve greater transparency.
Using precise and simple wording will allow the subjects covered to better understand the Central Bank’s regulations and to be able to comply with and apply them effectively.
The resolutions reached by the manual are:
- Board Resolutions
- Presidency Resolutions
- Resolutions of the Superintendence of Financial and Exchange Institutions (SEFyC)
- Joint resolutions (of the Presidency and SEFyC)
These resolutions are issued through the Electronic Document Management (EDM) system.
The guidelines established in the manual are mandatory for BCRA staff.
