When should the submission be made as a Rectification?
When you want to modify data from periods that have already been validated. To do this, you must select the type of rectifying presentation option, and fill in the “Rectifying” field of each of the designs with “R”.
When rectifying information is sent, is only the data to be modified sent?
When corrective information is submitted, all the files required for this IR must be sent, even if no data is modified in any of the designs, i.e. the submission must be made in a complete batch.
Do the rates include VAT?
No, they are reported without VAT.
What does “Misinformed Starting Code” mean?
Some line items contain codes that must be completed by the entity, identified with XXXX according to the design.
For designs 3208, 3209, or 3211, positions 4 through 7 must be completed with the credit card mark code enabled.
For the 3210 design, positions 4 through 7 must be completed with zero.
