In-Person Banking Services on May 24-28

The financial system will continue operating in accordance with the pandemic protocols.

Banks will be closed to the public on May 24 and 25 (public holidays), and customers are required to make an appointment for in-person services on May 26-28.

Over-the-counter services will be available for pension and retirement collection. For other in-person services, customers are required to make an appointment. Appointments can be made through the digital channels or phone numbers made available by banks.

Banks are to ensure ATM refilling and the operation of self-service terminals.

The BCRA recommends using digital channels and electronic means of payment in this period.

The tickets obtained will serve as a circulation permit and will be requested for entry into the bank.

In addition, banks are to ensure that customers may withdraw at least ARS15,000 per day in a single transaction, if they so wish.

Bill payment companies will operate following the relevant standards to protect both employees’ and customers’ health.
