This report gathers information on the protection of financial services users in Argentina: communication channels available for making claims and enquiries, financial users’ rights, financial institutions’ obligations, applicable regulations, and duties of the BCRA relative to this matter.
This annual publication also includes an analysis of the main problems related to the claims received and handled by the BCRA, the claims reported by financial institutions through reporting systems, and the main measures adopted by the BCRA in relation to the problems identified.
