There are no Restrictions on Making Instant Transfers from Special Regularization Bank Accounts, According to the BCRA and the CNV

The National Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores, CNV) and the BCRA inform that, according to the Asset Regularization Regime established by Law 27,743 and its regulations, transfers can be made from customers' special bank accounts as from the date on which the regularized funds are credited without amount restrictions, to the special regularization bank accounts of the settlement and clearing agents (agente de liquidación y compensación, ALyC) for making eligible investments through said agents.

Such funds may be invested in a subscription and/or purchase, as applicable, of government securities (including BOPREALs), stocks, corporate bonds, shares of open-end or closed-end mutual funds, trust securities, stock market promissory notes and deferred payment checks.
