To lead processes aimed at restoring the solvency and/or liquidity of financial institutions that are subject to any action that may have been taken by the Superintendence of Financial and Foreign Exchange Institutions (SEFyC), and to oversee regulatory compliance by non-financial institutions.
Rosalina Díaz graduated as a public accountant from Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA).
She worked for almost 20 years in various financial institutions holding managerial positions in the areas of Internal Audit, Management and Operations. At the BCRA, she held the position of Financial Institutions Supervision Manager, performing tasks related to the inspection, monitoring, risk management assessment, and rating of financial institutions.
She has lectured on risk management and banking supervision and taught in-house training courses at the Superintendence of Financial and Foreign Exchange Institutions (SEFyC) and the BCRA.
