Human Resources Senior Management Office

To lead and supervise the activities related to the management of human resources, staff support, health, hygiene and safety at work. To formulate and enforce the BCRA’s human resources policy, pursuant to the provisions established by the Governor and the Board of Directors.

Jorge A. De Maio | Senior Manager

Jorge A. De Maio specialized in human resources, and obtained the Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University.

He joined the BCRA in 1982 after a competitive selection process. He has carved out his entire career in the Human Resources area, where he served as Head of Payroll, Administration Deputy Manager, and Human Resources Administration Manager until June 2010, when he became Senior Manager.

He has taken part in different projects developed in the area and in the establishment of current human resources policies at the BCRA.
