Financial Regulations Deputy General Management Office | Duties

To lead, coordinate and oversee the activities of the organizational units that make up the Deputy General Management Office promoting effective compliance with their missions and duties.To lead activities related to financial innovation and education aimed at promoting financial inclusion for development.

To lead, coordinate and oversee both the process for drafting and issuing regulatory standards of the Law on Financial Institutions, the Charter of the BCRA and related provisions, and the management, analysis and monitoring of capital inflows and outflows, other foreign exchange transactions, and foreign trade transactions in order to ensure the compliance with the foreign exchange policy.

To lead, coordinate and oversee activities aimed at analyzing the evolution of financial and capital markets in order to improve the conditions for financial stability.

María Daniela Bossio | Deputy General Manager

Daniela Bossio holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA).

She served as an advisor on finance to the Secretariat of Finance for the Argentine Ministry of Economy, coordinating issues related to the financial sector global reform from the Group of Twenty (G20) and to the Financial Stability Board (FSB) (2016 - 2019). She was also advisor to the BCRA’s Board on issues related to the implementation of international recommendations and to the BCRA’s Vice Presidency on financial regulation matters (2009 - 2015).
